  • Do you publish exact prices for every project?

    No. Every project has different scope, integrations, and constraints. We use the same pricing principles for all clients, but final numbers are confirmed after a short discovery call and written proposal.

  • What tends to increase or decrease the quote?

    Major drivers are number of user journeys, integrations, compliance requirements, and launch timelines. We’ll call these out explicitly so you can see which items are optional and which are essential.

  • Can we start small and upgrade later?

    Yes. Most clients start with a focused pilot or limited-scope project. Once impact is proven, we expand scope or move into a retainer to keep shipping improvements.

  • What payment terms do you work with?

    Standard terms are milestone-based payments for fixed projects and monthly invoicing for retainers. Enterprise terms (POs, vendor portals, etc.) can be aligned during contracting.

  • Are there any extra or hidden costs?

    We call out third-party costs (cloud, licences, messaging fees) separately. You stay in control of those vendors; we simply help you estimate and optimise them as part of the engagement.
